One question, I would really like to lose a bit of weight.. do you have any recommendations for exercise and such? I'd just like to lose a couple of kilos :)

aw thank you for reading :) I find tumblr a huge inspiration, you can find some really good exercises for at home and you can find good recepts (go to my ‘links’ to find pages about it). I try to eat the healiest I can and in not very big porpotions and I try to exercise in the evening, also try to drink only water. You will loose weight with eating healtier but to exercise will help alot too. You can do cardio to loose overall fat and if you want your stomach to be slimmer you can try to do crunches and such :) I make my own eat/exercise plan. Hope this helps and goodluck!
